What you'll do

As the Manager of Solutions Engineering at OpenGov, you will be responsible for leading a diverse team of Solution Engineers. You will manage the team to ensure they meet sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Your role will involve not only overseeing the team's performance but also actively participating in sales activities to maintain a strong connection with clients. You will collaborate with various departments to drive the evolution of OpenGov's solutions, ensuring they align with market needs and customer expectations.
