You have a strong background in managing professional services teams, ideally with experience in implementation roles. Your leadership skills shine as you guide your team to ensure successful deployments of complex solutions. You possess a solid technical acumen, particularly in data preparation, workflow documentation, and product configuration — these skills enable you to mentor your team effectively and solve technical challenges as they arise.
You understand the importance of customer satisfaction and are committed to delivering projects on time and within budget. Your ability to communicate effectively with both your team and clients ensures that everyone is aligned and informed throughout the implementation process. You thrive in a performance-based culture and are eager to contribute ideas that enhance team performance and client outcomes.
Desirable
Experience in the public sector or with ERP solutions is a plus, as it allows you to better understand the unique challenges faced by local and state governments. Familiarity with project management methodologies will help you oversee multiple implementations simultaneously, ensuring that quality standards are met consistently.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead a team of Implementation Analysts and Consultants, overseeing the deployment of OpenGov solutions across various public sector organizations. You will be responsible for ensuring that implementations are completed efficiently, with a focus on maximizing customer satisfaction. Your leadership will involve mentoring team members on technical problem-solving and best practices in implementation.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure that all aspects of the implementation process are aligned with client needs and expectations. This includes working closely with product teams to understand the capabilities of OpenGov solutions and how they can best serve clients. You will also be involved in developing workflow documentation that guides your team and clients through the implementation process.
Your role will require you to analyze project timelines and budgets, making adjustments as necessary to keep projects on track. You will regularly communicate with clients to provide updates and gather feedback, ensuring that their needs are met throughout the implementation journey. Your commitment to quality will help establish OpenGov as a trusted partner in the public sector.
