What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a team of Implementation Analysts and Consultants, overseeing the deployment of OpenGov solutions across various public sector organizations. You will be responsible for ensuring that implementations are completed efficiently, with a focus on maximizing customer satisfaction. Your leadership will involve mentoring team members on technical problem-solving and best practices in implementation.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure that all aspects of the implementation process are aligned with client needs and expectations. This includes working closely with product teams to understand the capabilities of OpenGov solutions and how they can best serve clients. You will also be involved in developing workflow documentation that guides your team and clients through the implementation process.

Your role will require you to analyze project timelines and budgets, making adjustments as necessary to keep projects on track. You will regularly communicate with clients to provide updates and gather feedback, ensuring that their needs are met throughout the implementation journey.
