What you'll do

As the Director of Strategic Partnerships, you will own the vision and execution of Wealthsimple’s corporate partnership strategy. You will identify and pursue partnership opportunities that advance the product roadmap and expand market reach. Your role will involve leading the full partnership lifecycle—from origination through negotiation and execution—ensuring that each alliance delivers clear, measurable business outcomes.

You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to align partnership initiatives with business goals. This includes conducting market research to identify potential partners and assessing their fit with Wealthsimple’s mission. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring that partnerships are nurtured and leveraged effectively.

In addition to driving partnership initiatives, you will monitor and evaluate the performance of existing partnerships, making recommendations for improvements or adjustments as needed. Your insights will help shape the strategic direction of the company and contribute to its overall growth.
