You have a proven track record in sales leadership, particularly in channel sales, with a focus on building and scaling partnerships. Your experience includes managing teams and developing go-to-market strategies that drive measurable revenue impact. You understand the security and compliance landscape, and you are adept at building strong executive relationships with key partners. You thrive in collaborative environments, working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and engineering teams to align strategies and achieve business goals.

What you'll do
As the Director of Strategic Channel Sales (VARs) at Vanta, you will lead a team of Strategic Channel Managers focused on revenue and pipeline generation through key VARs. You will define and execute the reseller strategy across North America, collaborating with leadership in EMEA and APJ for global alignment. Your role will involve developing strong executive relationships with key VAR partners, acting as a strategic thought partner and escalation point. You will support your team in executing the strategy and driving measurable revenue impact through resale, co-sell, and referral motions.
You will play a foundational role in shaping how Vanta builds, supports, and expands its reseller channel long-term. This includes aligning cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Marketing to ensure that all efforts are coordinated and effective. You will also be responsible for tracking performance metrics and adjusting strategies as necessary to meet business objectives. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a high-impact culture within the Channel Partnerships organization.
