OPSWAT is hiring an Account Manager to drive customer retention and expansion in a rapidly growing commercial portfolio. You'll work closely with Account Executives to identify and close growth opportunities. This position is based in Tampa, Florida.

You have a strong background in account management and customer success, ideally with experience in the cybersecurity or technology sectors. You thrive in high-growth environments and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. Your ability to build and maintain relationships with clients is exceptional, and you understand the importance of customer retention and expansion in driving revenue. You are results-oriented and have a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and are eager to contribute to the success of a global cybersecurity leader.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage and expand existing customer relationships while working closely with Account Executives to uncover new opportunities within active accounts. You will drive customer retention and expansion in a rapidly growing commercial portfolio, ensuring that clients receive the highest level of service and support. You will collaborate with sales leadership, engineering, and customer teams to identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular check-ins with clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with OPSWAT's products and services. You will also be involved in preparing proposals and presentations for clients, showcasing the value of OPSWAT's solutions.
