Talkspace is hiring an Account Manager to develop and maintain strong relationships with enterprise-level clients. You'll ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention while identifying opportunities for account growth. This position requires experience in account management and client relations.

Who you are
You have a proven track record in account management, with experience in developing and maintaining strong relationships with enterprise-level clients. Your focus is on ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention, and you excel at proactively addressing client needs. You understand the importance of upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive account growth, and you are comfortable leading quarterly business reviews to demonstrate value and discuss key metrics.
You are a collaborative team player who works closely with Implementation and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless onboarding for clients. Monitoring client engagement is second nature to you, and you are skilled at offering recommendations for increasing adoption of services. Your ability to communicate effectively with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams ensures alignment and helps share valuable client feedback.
What you'll do
As an Account Manager at Talkspace, you will be the primary point of contact for existing accounts, providing exceptional service and support. You will lead quarterly business reviews to showcase the value of our services and discuss key metrics with clients. Your role will involve maintaining detailed records and reporting on account performance, providing actionable insights to senior leadership to drive client success.
You will collaborate with various teams, including Implementation and Customer Success, to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients. Your proactive approach will help identify opportunities for account growth through upselling and cross-selling, ultimately contributing to the overall success of the business development team. You will also play a key role in fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace culture, aligning with Talkspace's mission to provide quality mental healthcare to everyone.
