You have 5+ years of experience in DevOps engineering, with a strong background in building and managing cloud infrastructure. Your expertise in AWS allows you to design scalable and secure systems that meet the needs of complex organizations. You are passionate about mentoring and leading teams, guiding junior engineers to develop their skills and achieve their potential.

Your experience with Kubernetes, particularly EKS, enables you to drive the architecture and implementation of containerized workloads. You understand the intricacies of distributed systems and are adept at troubleshooting production issues to ensure high availability and reliability. Your knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools like ArgoCD allows you to manage continuous delivery pipelines effectively.

You are familiar with automation tools for infrastructure provisioning and configuration management, and you prioritize establishing best practices and coding standards within your team. Your analytical skills help you monitor production traffic, logs, and metrics to identify bottlenecks and improve performance continuously.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead and mentor a squad of DevOps engineers, guiding them in building the cloud security product of the future. You will design and implement scalable, resilient, and secure cloud infrastructure on AWS, ensuring that it meets the demands of our clients. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the architecture and implementation of Kubernetes clusters and managing containerized workloads.

You will drive the automation of infrastructure provisioning and configuration management, establishing DevOps best practices and operational processes. Collaborating closely with engineering, QA, and SRE teams, you will ensure smooth delivery of product releases and provide technical leadership to your team.

Your role will also involve troubleshooting production issues across services and layers of the stack, ensuring that our systems maintain high availability and reliability. You will analyze production traffic, logs, and metrics to identify bottlenecks and improve performance, contributing to the overall success of our cloud security initiatives.
