OPSWAT is seeking a Lead Full Stack Engineer to architect and build cutting-edge software solutions. You'll work with Rust, Go, and Python to develop robust systems for real-time data processing. This role requires strong expertise in both backend and frontend technologies.

Who you are
You have a strong background in software engineering with a focus on both backend and frontend technologies, ideally with 5+ years of experience in building scalable solutions. Your expertise includes Rust for data processing and Go for API development, showcasing your ability to work across the entire stack. You are comfortable with NoSQL databases and have a keen understanding of stream processing applications, enabling you to handle large datasets effectively. Your leadership skills shine through as you guide and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and growth.

Experience with Python components is a plus, as it complements your skill set in developing comprehensive software solutions. What you'll do
In this role, you will design and develop high-performance Rust-based data processing systems that facilitate real-time data ingestion and transformation. Building and maintaining Go-based APIs will be a key responsibility, where you will ensure they are scalable, secure, and optimized for performance.
