What you'll do

In this role, you will own and manage OPSWAT's global privacy and compliance framework, which includes developing and updating policies, templates, and processes. You will work closely with product teams to ensure that new products and features comply with privacy regulations and best practices. Collaborating with IT and security teams, you will help implement security measures that protect sensitive data and maintain compliance with industry standards.

You will also engage with procurement and sales teams to address legal concerns related to contracts and partnerships. Your strategic input will be crucial in helping the company scale responsibly while maintaining trust with security-conscious organizations. You will report directly to the General Counsel and play a key role in shaping the company's legal strategy as it continues to grow in the cybersecurity space.
