Overview

OPSWAT is seeking a Solutions Engineer to support the Indian regional sales team by identifying customer challenges and aligning solutions. This role requires strong technical knowledge and effective communication skills.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong technical background and experience in sales engineering, ideally within the cybersecurity domain. You understand customer needs and can effectively communicate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are based in Mumbai and are familiar with the local market dynamics. You possess excellent presentation skills and can articulate complex concepts clearly. You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with sales teams and partners to drive business growth. You are proactive in managing customer expectations and ensuring satisfaction with the solutions provided.

Desirable

Experience in IT, OT, or ICS cybersecurity is a plus. Familiarity with RFP processes and the ability to respond to industry-specific requirements will set you apart. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing customer needs. A background in technical sales or pre-sales engineering will be beneficial.

What you'll do

In this role, you will work closely with the OPSWAT sales team to drive enterprise and government business in India. You will be responsible for managing customer requirements and expectations, ensuring that they align with OPSWAT's solutions. You will build confidence in our products by effectively demonstrating their capabilities and benefits. You will also manage and deliver detailed responses to industry RFPs, showcasing your expertise in our solutions. As a trusted point of contact for customers and partners, you will advance the sales process by addressing technical inquiries and providing insights into our offerings. You will collaborate with experienced sales managers and presales engineers to grow and evolve the OPSWAT business in India, contributing to the overall success of the team.
