What you'll do

As the Communications Manager at Optiver, you will be responsible for delivering engaging content and managing communication channels that drive employee engagement. You will collaborate closely with HR, Brand, Marketing, and other internal stakeholders to implement innovative communication strategies. Your role will involve creating compelling content, including interviews, thought leadership pieces, and news updates for internal channels.

You will support global and regional projects, particularly focusing on digital channel implementation, such as the intranet, to enhance employee engagement during periods of change. Defining measures of success and tracking KPIs will be essential to ensure a strong return on investment for communication initiatives.
