You have a passion for developing compelling content that resonates with employees, alumni, and other stakeholders. Your experience includes working within global communications teams, where you have successfully managed various regional and global initiatives. You are comfortable partnering with HR, Brand, Marketing, and other internal stakeholders to enhance employee engagement.

What you'll do

As the Communications Manager at Optiver, you will be responsible for delivering engaging content through digital channels. You will collaborate with the global Communications team to drive employee engagement initiatives and implement innovative communication strategies. Your role will involve creating content such as interviews, thought leadership pieces, and news updates for internal channels.

You will support global and regional projects, including the implementation of digital channels that facilitate smooth transitions during periods of change. Defining measures of success and tracking KPIs will be essential to ensure a return on investment for your initiatives. You will report to the TA Senior Communications Manager and work closely with various teams to achieve your goals.
