Optiver is seeking a Senior Sales Manager for their Cash Equity German Institutional Sales team. You'll focus on building relationships within the German cash equity market and driving revenue growth. This role requires strong selling capabilities and experience in institutional sales.

You have a proven track record in institutional sales, particularly within the German cash equity market — your experience has equipped you with the skills to build and maintain strong relationships with market participants. You possess strong selling capabilities and a deep understanding of market dynamics, allowing you to effectively drive revenue and contribute to the growth of the business. Your ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with trading desks and other teams is essential for success in this role.

What you'll do

As a Senior Sales Manager, you will play a key role in growing Optiver's direct counterparty franchise — your responsibilities will include establishing, developing, and maintaining relationships with institutional clients in the German cash equity market. You will work closely with trading desks to steer their evolution and growth into new markets, ensuring that Optiver remains a trusted partner for market participants.

You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client relationships. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams across the organization to ensure that client needs are met and that Optiver continues to provide exceptional service.
