Optiver is seeking a Senior Cash Equity Italian Institutional Sales professional to drive revenue and build relationships within the Italian cash equity market. This role is based in London and requires strong selling capabilities.

You have significant experience in institutional sales, particularly within the Italian cash equity market, and possess a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Your strong selling capabilities enable you to effectively communicate the value of our services to potential market participants. What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for establishing, developing, and maintaining relationships with institutional clients in the Italian cash equity market. You will play a key role in growing Optiver's direct counterparty franchise by increasing interactions and driving revenue. Your responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, collaborating with trading desks to evolve and grow into new markets, and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service. You will also contribute to the overall strategy of the Institutional Sales team, helping to steer its direction and success.
