Job Description
Who you are
You have experience in payroll processing and a solid understanding of payroll tax regulations — you are comfortable managing monthly payroll for clients and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. You are proactive in addressing inquiries from employees and authorities regarding payroll matters, providing clear and accurate information. You thrive in a digital environment, utilizing modern software solutions to keep payroll data and personnel records up to date in real-time. You are also interested in process optimization and are eager to contribute ideas for improving payroll workflows and integrating them into the company's tech stack.
What you'll do
As a Payroll Specialist at Ordio, you will be responsible for independently preparing monthly payroll for our clients, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will handle reporting and communication with authorities, health insurance providers, and employees regarding payroll-related questions. You will actively participate in projects aimed at continuously improving our payroll processes and integrating them into our technology stack. If you have an interest in deeper analyses, you can also engage in statistical evaluations, with initial knowledge in SBS being a plus but not a requirement.
What we offer
Join a dynamic team at Ordio, where you will play a key role in reshaping the future of payroll processing. We offer flexible working hours and a supportive environment that values your feedback and ideas. You will have the opportunity to work with a modern, all-in-one software solution that focuses on enhancing the efficiency of non-desk employees. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every requirement, as we value diverse perspectives and skills.
