Postman is hiring an SMB Account Executive to manage a territory of accounts in the DACH region. You'll build strategies to engage existing users and introduce them to the Enterprise Suite. This role requires experience in sales growth at Technical SaaS companies.

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly within Technical SaaS companies, where you've driven significant growth and built strong relationships with clients. Your experience includes managing a portfolio of accounts and understanding customer needs to tailor solutions effectively.

You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and success. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner sets you apart, allowing you to connect with clients at all levels.

What you'll do

As an SMB Account Executive at Postman, you will be responsible for managing a set territory of accounts across the DACH region, focusing on organizations with up to 1,000 employees. Your primary goal will be to develop strategies to engage existing Postman users and introduce them to the full capabilities of our Enterprise Suite.

You will work with new inbound leads, understanding how they utilize Postman and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Your role will involve building strong relationships with clients, ensuring they receive the best possible support and guidance as they navigate their API development journey.

You will collaborate with the sales team to refine sales strategies and share insights on customer needs and market trends. Your contributions will directly impact Postman's growth and success in the SMB segment, making this a critical role within our rapidly expanding sales team.
