You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with Account Executives and Client Service support teams to drive measurable results. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to articulate complex concepts clearly to clients and internal teams alike. You are proactive in addressing client concerns and are committed to ensuring their satisfaction with campaign performance.
What you'll do
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing client accounts post-sale, focusing on user adoption of the StackAdapt platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize the return on investment for our clients' campaigns. Your responsibilities will include optimizing campaigns based on performance metrics and providing insights that help clients achieve their marketing goals. You will also be tasked with identifying opportunities for account expansion, ensuring that clients are not only satisfied but also see the value in growing their partnership with StackAdapt.
You will utilize your expertise in programmatic media buying to develop unique solutions tailored to each client's needs.
