Your ability to build strong relationships with clients is complemented by your strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. You are adaptable and can navigate the complexities of a rapidly changing market, ensuring that you meet the needs of your clients effectively.

Desirable

Experience in payroll or HR technology is a plus, as it will help you understand the solutions Deel offers. Familiarity with the DACH region's business landscape will enable you to connect with clients more effectively. A background in account management or business development will also be beneficial as you engage with mid-market clients.

What you'll do

As an Account Executive at Deel, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the mid-market segment. You will engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and present Deel's comprehensive payroll and HR solutions. Your role will involve conducting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals to drive revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
