Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in actuarial analysis, with experience in maintaining and reviewing actuarial models. You understand the intricacies of pricing, forecasting, and trend analytics, and you are comfortable working with Incurred but not Reported (IBNR) projections and risk adjustment accruals. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for ensuring consistency and standardization across team users. You thrive in collaborative environments and are eager to contribute to regulatory filings and strategic pricing decisions.
What you'll do
In this role, you will maintain core pricing and plan design models, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurate. You will play an important role in developing and submitting regulatory filings, providing insights and recommendations for pricing strategies. You will work closely with the Manager, Actuarial, and contribute to the overall success of the actuarial team by providing valuable analysis and support. Your work will directly impact Oscar's ability to serve its members effectively and efficiently.
What we offer
Oscar provides a competitive salary range of $65,520 - $85,995 per year, along with employee benefits and participation in an unlimited vacation program.
