You have a strong background in actuarial science and experience in risk adjustment, particularly within the Affordable Care Act (ACA) markets. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent analytical skills, enabling you to maintain and enhance actuarial models effectively. You understand the complexities of actuarial modeling and have experience with forecasting estimates and accruals. What you'll do
As a Senior Actuarial Analyst at Oscar, you will play a key role in the valuation function, focusing on risk adjustment across all ACA markets. You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing core risk adjustment reporting and forecasting models, ensuring they meet the needs of the team and the organization. You will collaborate with the Director of Actuarial to drive improvements and innovations in the actuarial processes.
