What you'll do
As a Senior Actuarial Analyst at Oscar, you will contribute to the company's network performance analytics, focusing on affordability, forecasting, strategy, and pricing efforts across various ACA markets. You will analyze network-related performance trends and provider contract terms to inform budget planning and pricing strategies. Your role will involve building and refining analytical models that evaluate performance, providing insights that will help shape Oscar's network-focused programs.
You will report to the Director of Actuarial and work closely with other team members to ensure data-driven decision-making. Your insights will play a crucial role in guiding the company's overall direction and strategy. You will also have the opportunity to adapt to future work models, which may involve a hybrid presence at the hub office associated with your metro area.

Oscar offers a competitive salary range of $101,844 - $133,670.25 per year, along with comprehensive employee benefits.
