What you'll do

As the UM Affordability & Value Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for quantifying and communicating the financial impact of all UM initiatives. You will serve as the primary liaison between the UM business unit and the Medical Economics/Actuarial departments, ensuring that all investments are accurately sized and tracked. Your role will involve building complex financial models that support strategic decision-making and drive measurable outcomes.

You will report to the Director of UM Authorization Strategy and work closely with various stakeholders to ensure alignment on financial goals. Your insights will help shape the direction of UM initiatives, ensuring they translate into defensible affordability outcomes for Oscar's members.

Oscar provides a competitive salary range of $105,808 - $138,886 per year, along with comprehensive employee benefits. The role is based in Tempe, Arizona, with a hybrid work schedule that allows for flexibility while requiring three days of in-office work each week.
