Your communication skills enable you to articulate tax strategies and compliance requirements clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. What you'll do

As the Associate Director, Tax, you will manage the annual and quarterly tax GAAP and Statutory tax provision processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout. You will lead the review of U.S. federal, state, and local tax returns and estimates for corporate holding companies and insurance subsidiaries. Your role will involve managing relationships with external auditors and tax advisors, facilitating smooth interactions and ensuring that all tax-related matters are addressed promptly.

You will support the Tax leadership team in developing and implementing department strategies that enhance operational efficiency and compliance. This includes identifying opportunities for process improvements and leading projects that align with the organization's objectives. You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing your team, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to succeed in their roles.
