What you'll do

As a Data Analyst on the Payment Integrity team, you will analyze and investigate claims data to identify incorrect payments. Your role will involve supporting quality review processes by collaborating with both internal teams and external partners to address adverse claim outcomes. You will utilize your data analysis skills to develop accurate, quantitative analyses of issues, helping to drive improvements in payment integrity. You will work with your team to identify thematic areas of opportunity, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the payment integrity function.

You will be responsible for generating reports and presenting your findings to stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are informed of any discrepancies and the steps being taken to resolve them. Your insights will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality control measures in place, ultimately benefiting Oscar's members and the organization as a whole. You will also stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in data analysis to continuously improve your contributions to the team.
