What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the end-to-end management of cross-functional projects related to provider data issues. You will analyze issues, collaborate with various teams, and represent departmental needs in company-wide strategic initiatives. Your responsibilities will include understanding business requirements, building and managing project plans, and documenting decisions to ensure clarity and alignment across teams.
You will also develop risk mitigation and change management strategies to address potential challenges in project execution. By working closely with the Senior Manager of Provider Data Operations, you will contribute to the overall success of the team and help drive improvements in provider data management.
What we offer
Oscar provides a competitive salary range of $96,876.00 - $127,149.75 per year, along with employee benefits and participation in an unlimited vacation program.
