What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the end-to-end management of cross-functional projects related to provider data issues. You will conduct thorough impact analyses to identify the root causes of data-related challenges and develop scalable solutions. Your responsibilities will include building and managing project plans, documenting decisions, and ensuring that all stakeholders are informed throughout the project lifecycle. You will also be involved in developing risk mitigation and change management strategies to enhance the efficiency of provider data operations.

You will report to the Senior Manager, Provider Data Operations, and work closely with various departments to represent their needs in strategic initiatives. Your analytical skills will be crucial in understanding business requirements and translating them into actionable insights. You will play a key role in improving the quality and accuracy of provider data, ultimately contributing to better service for Oscar's members.
