What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the end-to-end management of cross-functional projects related to provider data issues. This includes conducting thorough issue analysis and scaling solutions based on your findings. You will be responsible for building and managing project plans, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle. Your ability to document decisions and develop strategies for risk mitigation will be crucial in navigating the complexities of provider data operations. You will report to the Senior Manager, Provider Data Operations, and contribute to the overall success of the team by driving strategic initiatives forward.
What we offer
Oscar provides a competitive salary range of $87,188.40 - $114,434.78 per year, along with comprehensive employee benefits. You will have the opportunity to participate in Oscar's unlimited vacation program and annual performance bonuses. The role is based in Tempe, Arizona, with a hybrid work schedule that allows for flexibility while ensuring team collaboration during in-office days.
