What you'll do

As a Senior Data Scientist at Oscar, you will be responsible for developing personalized multi-channel marketing campaigns that influence member behaviors critical to their health. You will ideate and scope business cases, designing targeted pipelines using predictive models. Your role involves launching campaigns, monitoring their performance in real-time, and optimizing them to attribute the best-performing marketing variants. You will conduct research and apply optimization techniques, including multi-armed bandit (MAB) algorithms, to enhance campaign effectiveness. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with marketing and clinical teams to lower medical costs through data-driven strategies. You will have accountability for the success of each campaign, ensuring that your insights lead to actionable outcomes that benefit Oscar members.
