What you'll do

As a Senior Data Scientist at Oscar, you will be responsible for ideating and scoping business cases for personalized multi-channel marketing campaigns. You will design targeted pipelines using predictive models and launch campaigns that influence key member behaviors. Your role involves monitoring and optimizing these campaigns in real-time to identify the best-performing variants.

You will work closely with marketing and clinical teams to ensure that campaigns align with the overall goal of lowering medical costs. Your accountability for the success of each campaign will drive you to continuously improve your strategies based on data-driven insights.

You will also engage in research and development of machine learning models, applying traditional statistical methods and causal machine learning techniques to measure campaign effectiveness. Your contributions will play a crucial role in enhancing member engagement and satisfaction.
