What you'll do

In this role, you will be a key collaborator in managing contracts with large, national vendors. You will oversee the daily operations associated with delegated dental and vision vendor contracts, ensuring that member and provider issues are triaged and managed effectively. You will support cost-saving initiatives and collaborate on internal process improvements to optimize operations. As a subject matter expert in the end-to-end program, you will serve as a knowledgeable point of assistance for internal teams, including clinical and claims teams, ensuring that providers across our service area have the necessary support to deliver best-in-class member care.
