What you'll do
In this role, you will be a key collaborator in managing contracts with national and complex vendors. You will oversee the daily operations associated with delegated dental and vision vendor contracts, ensuring that all processes run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include triaging and managing member and provider issues, supporting cost-saving initiatives, and collaborating on internal process improvement efforts. You will work closely with clinical and claims teams, acting as a responsive point of assistance for both internal and external partners.
You will report to the Director of Speciality Contracting and will play a vital role in ensuring that providers across the service area have the necessary support to deliver best-in-class member care. Your contributions will help shape the operational strategies of the Speciality Contracting team, making a significant impact on the overall success of Oscar's mission to provide exceptional health insurance services.
