What you'll do
In this role, you will be a key collaborator in managing contracts with national and complex vendors. You will oversee the daily operations related to delegated dental and vision vendor contracts, ensuring that member and provider issues are triaged and managed effectively. You will support cost-saving initiatives and collaborate on internal process improvements to optimize operations. As a subject matter expert in the end-to-end program, you will serve as a knowledgeable point of assistance for both internal teams and external vendor partners. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that providers across the service area have the necessary information and support to deliver exceptional member care.
