You are an organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong ability to collaborate across teams. You have a foundational understanding of vendor management and are eager to learn about the health insurance industry. Your communication skills allow you to effectively manage relationships with both internal teams and external partners. You thrive in a hybrid work environment and are comfortable balancing in-office and remote work. You are proactive in identifying issues and seeking solutions to improve processes.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be a key collaborator in managing contracts with large, national vendors. You will oversee the daily operations associated with delegated vendor contracts, ensuring that member and provider issues are triaged and managed effectively. You will support cost-saving initiatives and collaborate on internal process improvements. As a subject matter expert, you will serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for internal teams, including clinical and claims teams, ensuring they have the information they need to provide excellent member care. You will report to the Director of Speciality Contracting and participate in team meetings to align on objectives and strategies.
