What you'll do

As a Care Navigation Guide, you will be responsible for curating relevant provider lists for members who require care. This involves regular outreach to network providers to ensure that the options provided are optimal and readily available. You will collaborate with registered nurses on complex cases, leveraging their expertise to effectively route care. Your role will also involve discovering and communicating trends to leadership, helping to improve processes and enhance the member experience. You will utilize various resources to navigate complex care requests, ensuring that members receive personalized and impactful options that address their specific needs. Your contributions will play a vital role in maintaining high access standards and meeting the expectations of our members.

What we offer

Oscar offers a competitive pay rate of $19.00 per hour, along with employee benefits and a monthly vacation accrual rate of 15 days per year.
