What you'll do
As a Care Navigation Guide, you will be responsible for curating relevant provider lists for our members who need readily available care. This involves regular outreach to network providers to ensure that the options provided are optimal for our members. You will collaborate with registered nurses on complex cases to ensure effective routing of care. Additionally, you will discover and communicate trends to your leadership to improve processes and enhance the member experience. Your role is crucial in maintaining the quality of care that Oscar provides, and you will play a key part in ensuring that members feel supported and informed throughout their healthcare journey.
