What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Corporate Marketing team at Oscar, shaping the company's brand narrative and ensuring a cohesive marketing strategy across all channels. You will collaborate closely with the Corporate Communication, Brand, and Creative teams to develop initiatives that enhance Oscar's visibility and reputation in the healthcare landscape. Your responsibilities will include overseeing digital marketing efforts, managing events, and driving strategic marketing initiatives that foster connections with members and partners. You will report directly to the VP of Communications and Brand, providing insights and recommendations to enhance marketing effectiveness. You will also be responsible for measuring the success of marketing campaigns and adjusting strategies based on performance data. Your leadership will be crucial in guiding the team towards achieving Oscar's marketing goals and reinforcing its mission-driven approach.
