What you'll do

As a Delegation Oversight Associate at Oscar, you will play a crucial role in supporting the enterprise's compliance program. You will assist in the development of compliance activities and ensure that all business units understand and adhere to healthcare regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities will include conducting audits and monitoring activities to assess compliance with laws, regulations, and standards. You will work closely with the Sr. Manager of Compliance Audit and Monitoring to create a risk-based audit and monitoring plan tailored to the healthcare organization.

You will review healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, Medicare, Medicaid, and NCQA regulations, to ensure compliance and identify any areas of risk. Your analytical skills will be essential in evaluating compliance data and reporting findings to management. You will also collaborate with various departments to implement corrective actions as needed and support ongoing compliance training initiatives.
