What you'll do

As a Delegation Oversight Associate, you will support the enterprise's compliance program by assisting in the development of compliance activities. You will conduct audits and monitoring activities to assess compliance with healthcare regulations. Your role will involve reviewing healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, Medicare, Medicaid, and NCQA regulations, to ensure the organization meets all compliance requirements. You will work closely with the Sr. Manager, Compliance Audit and Monitoring, to create a risk-based audit and monitoring plan for the healthcare organization. Additionally, you will be responsible for reporting findings and recommendations to enhance compliance efforts across the organization.
