What you'll do

As a Delegation Oversight Associate, you will support the enterprise's compliance program by assisting in the development of compliance activities. Your role will involve reviewing healthcare regulations to ensure that the organization meets all necessary compliance standards. You will conduct audits and monitoring activities to assess business unit compliance with laws, regulations, and standards.

You will help create a risk-based audit and monitoring plan tailored for the healthcare organization, ensuring that all compliance aspects are covered. Collaborating with the Sr. Manager, Compliance Audit and Monitoring, you will report findings and recommend improvements based on your assessments. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining the integrity of Oscar's compliance efforts and ensuring that the organization operates within the regulatory framework.

Oscar provides a competitive salary range of $87,188 - $114,434 per year, along with comprehensive employee benefits. You will enjoy a hybrid work schedule, requiring three days in the office each week, with flexibility on your other days.
