What you'll do

As a Regulatory Associate, you will be responsible for developing, drafting, and formatting core insurance policy documents, including the Transparency in Coverage Narratives and Evidences of Coverage. You will collaborate with different teams within Oscar to ensure that all documents comply with regulatory requirements and accurately reflect the company's offerings. Your role will involve independent work as well, allowing you to take ownership of projects and contribute to the overall success of the Regulatory Operations team. You will report to the Manager of Regulatory Operations and play a key role in meeting departmental and company goals.
