Who you are
You have a strong background in program management, ideally within the healthcare or insurance sectors, and possess a keen understanding of operational execution. You thrive in environments where you can take ownership of processes and ensure that programs are executed flawlessly. Your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities will be key to your success in this role. You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment and can effectively collaborate with team members both in-person and remotely. You understand the importance of regulatory compliance and have experience ensuring that programs meet necessary standards. You are a proactive problem solver who can anticipate challenges and develop strategies to overcome them.
What you'll do
As the UM Program Operations Manager, you will lead the execution of various high-impact programs, including Gold Carding and Provider Incentive Programs. You will be responsible for managing provider entry and exit criteria, ensuring that all programs are operationally sound and scalable as Oscar expands its footprint. You will coordinate with the UM Strategy team to align on program objectives and ensure that execution aligns with strategic goals. Your role will involve regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates on program status and address any operational challenges that arise. You will also be tasked with maintaining the Prior Authorization List, ensuring that it is up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements. Your ability to manage timelines and deliver results will be critical as you work to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the UM Strategy team.
