You have a strong background in program management, ideally within the healthcare or insurance sectors, and possess a keen understanding of operational execution. You are detail-oriented and excel at ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while managing multiple high-impact programs simultaneously. Your experience allows you to effectively coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure that programs are executed flawlessly and meet the strategic goals of the organization.

You understand the importance of operational efficiency and are skilled at identifying areas for improvement within existing processes. Your ability to communicate effectively with team members and leadership ensures that everyone is aligned and working towards common objectives.
What you'll do
As the UM Program Operations Manager, you will be the driving force behind the execution of key programs such as Gold Carding and Provider Incentive Programs. You will lead the end-to-end execution and refresh cycles for these programs, ensuring that they are operationally sound and scalable as Oscar's footprint expands. You will manage provider entry and exit criteria, coordinating with various teams to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
You will work closely with the UM Strategy team to translate strategic initiatives into actionable plans, ensuring that all programs align with Oscar's mission to provide exceptional service to its members. Your role will involve regular reporting to the Director of UM Authorization Strategy, where you will provide updates on program performance and areas for improvement.
