You have a strong background in program management, ideally with experience in healthcare or insurance operations. You understand the importance of executing high-impact programs and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that every initiative is operationally sound and compliant with regulations. Your ability to coordinate with various stakeholders makes you an effective leader in managing complex projects.
You thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams and can communicate effectively with both strategists and operational staff. Your organizational skills allow you to manage multiple programs simultaneously while maintaining a focus on quality and compliance.
What you'll do
As the UM Program Operations Manager, you will be the execution engine of the UM Strategy team, responsible for the flawless execution of programs such as Gold Carding and Provider Incentive Programs. You will lead the end-to-end execution and refresh cycles for these programs, managing provider entry and exit criteria and ensuring that all processes are streamlined and efficient.
You will work closely with the Director of UM Authorization Strategy to align operational goals with strategic objectives. Your role will involve coordinating with various departments to ensure that all programs are compliant with regulatory standards and can scale effectively as Oscar expands its footprint. You will also be responsible for maintaining the Prior Authorization List, ensuring that it is up-to-date and reflective of current operational needs.

Oscar provides a competitive salary range of $117,576 - $154,318 per year, along with comprehensive employee benefits and participation in an unlimited vacation program.
