You have a strong background in program management, ideally within the healthcare or insurance sectors, and possess a keen understanding of operational execution. Your experience includes managing complex programs and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, making you well-equipped to handle the responsibilities of this role. You are a proactive communicator, capable of collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that program objectives are met efficiently. Your ability to analyze operational processes and implement improvements will be crucial in this role. You understand the importance of aligning program execution with strategic goals and are adept at navigating the challenges that come with scaling operations.
What you'll do
As the UM Program Operations Manager, you will be the driving force behind the execution of key programs such as Gold Carding and Provider Incentive Programs. You will lead the end-to-end execution and refresh cycles for these initiatives, ensuring that they are operationally sound and compliant with all relevant regulations. Your role will involve managing provider entry and exit criteria, coordinating with various teams to facilitate smooth operations, and continuously assessing program performance to identify areas for improvement.
You will report directly to the Director of UM Authorization Strategy, collaborating closely with strategists to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans. Your leadership will be essential in fostering a culture of accountability and excellence within the team. You will also be responsible for maintaining the Prior Authorization (PA) List, ensuring that it is up-to-date and reflective of current operational needs.

Oscar provides a competitive salary range of $105,808 - $138,886 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes participation in an unlimited vacation program and annual performance bonuses.
