Who you are
You are an entry-level professional eager to join the Payment Integrity team at Oscar. What you'll do
As a Payment Integrity Associate, you will be responsible for executing internal payment integrity solutions that require a deep understanding of billing and coding. You will ensure that claims are paid accurately and in a timely manner, contributing to the overall efficiency of Oscar's operations. You will work closely with the Manager of Payment Integrity to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions that enhance the claims process.
You will leverage your knowledge of Oscar's claim infrastructure and workflow tooling to analyze and address friction points that arise from various stakeholders. Your role will involve continuous improvement efforts, where you will actively seek out opportunities to enhance the payment integrity process.
