What you'll do
In this role, you will join Oscar Medical Group's Virtual Urgent Care team, where you will provide telemedicine services to patients. You will deliver care through messaging and phone consultations, ensuring that each interaction is focused on the patient's needs. You will collaborate with the medical team to refine healthcare delivery processes and explore innovative solutions to improve patient outcomes. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing and treating a variety of conditions, following up with patients, and documenting care in Oscar's systems. You will work part-time, with a commitment of 20 hours per week, including three weekend shifts each month. You will report to the Medical Director and be part of a blended work culture that values connection and collaboration.
