What you'll do

In this role, you will provide virtual-based care to Oscar Health Insurance members across designated states. You will assess patient needs, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans while ensuring a high standard of care. Collaborating with other Physicians and Advanced Practice Leads on the Care Team will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you work together to deliver comprehensive care. You will utilize various communication methods to engage with patients, ensuring they feel supported and informed throughout their healthcare journey. Your role will also involve staying updated on best practices in virtual care and contributing to the continuous improvement of the Virtual Urgent Care team.

The base pay for this position ranges from $188,000 to $246,750 per year, along with eligibility for employee benefits such as CME, PTO, 401k, and an annual performance bonus.
