You are a licensed Physician with a passion for delivering quality healthcare in a virtual setting. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to innovate within the healthcare delivery system. Your experience allows you to effectively communicate with patients and guide Advanced Practice Providers as a supervising physician. You are adaptable and can manage your time effectively to meet the demands of a full-time role with varying shift hours.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting virtual health assessments and providing care to patients through Oscar's platforms. You will utilize phone and messaging to connect with patients, ensuring they receive personalized healthcare tailored to their needs. As a supervising physician, you will mentor and oversee Advanced Practice Providers, fostering a supportive environment for their professional growth. You will also collaborate with the Director of Virtual Health Assessment to enhance the quality of care provided to Oscar's members.
