What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting virtual health assessments for Oscar Health Insurance members, ensuring they receive the care they need in a timely manner. You will engage with patients through virtual visits, evaluating their health status and providing management recommendations. Additionally, you will collaborate with teams across Oscar Medical Group, including Virtual Primary Care and Virtual Urgent Care, to support comprehensive patient care. Your schedule will include clinic hours from 8 AM to 8 PM EST Monday through Thursday, and 8 AM to 6 PM EST on Fridays and Saturdays, with some flexibility required for late shifts and weekend work.
