You have experience in regulatory affairs or a related field, with a strong understanding of insurance policy documentation. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent writing skills, enabling you to draft clear and compliant documents that meet regulatory standards. You thrive in collaborative environments, working effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. You are adaptable and open to evolving work models, including potential hybrid arrangements in the future.

What you'll do

As a Regulatory Associate, you will be responsible for developing, drafting, and formatting core insurance policy documents, including the Transparency in Coverage Narratives and Evidence of Coverage. You will work closely with various internal teams to gather necessary information and ensure that all documents are accurate and compliant with regulatory requirements. Your role will involve independent work as well, allowing you to take ownership of projects and contribute to departmental goals. You will report to the Manager of Regulatory Operations and play a key role in enhancing Oscar's member communications.
